Best Pokémon in PokéVersus, ranked by the game's own numbers

PokéVersus doesn't publish win rates, so a classic “tier list” would be a guess. These lists are different: each one ranks all 491 fighters by a number read from the game files, and says what the number is good for.

Ask the Coach Name your three Pokémon, the enemy team and the mode: it says who to pick and how to play it.

Tankiest

Highest health once fully evolved (base health × the final-stage multiplier). These hold a lane, a zone or a Snorlax, and give your healers time.

Healers and team support

How to read these lists

The game builds every fighter from its role plus a small adjustment from the real Pokémon's stats (±10 % health). Roles are balanced against each other on purpose, so a high number in one column usually costs something in another: the fastest are fragile, the tankiest are slow. Combine a list with the mode you're playing, and ask the coach for a team.
